Chessnut Move 2-year extended warranty service Plan

This is a digital service plan for eligible Chessnut Move products. No physical item will be shipped.

Coverage:

This plan provides 24 months of extended repair or replacement service for mechanical or electrical defects caused by normal use. Coverage starts on the day after the original manufacturer warranty expires and does not overlap with the original warranty.

Registration:

If purchased together with the covered product, the plan will be automatically registered after the product is delivered.

If purchased separately, it must be purchased while the product is still within its original manufacturer warranty period. The plan will be registered on the day after purchase, and coverage will start after the original warranty ends.

Not covered:

This plan does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, theft, loss, cosmetic damage, consumable parts, unauthorized repair, or issues that occurred before the plan was purchased or registered.

To request service, contact contact@chessnutech.com with your plan order number, original product order number, product model, and serial number.
