We have a 30-day return policy for items that are returned in their original condition. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging（both the inner colored product box and the outer yellow shipping carton）. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the standard packaging requirements are waived, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns for Change of Mind / Non-defective Items (e.g., under our 30-day policy):

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original product packaging. To ensure the item is protected during its return shipment, we strongly recommend that you also use the original outer shipping carton. Returns that are damaged due to insufficient packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund to cover the loss in value. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for these orders.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund. In these cases, the standard packaging requirements are waived. We only require that the item is returned in a condition that allows us to verify the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or compensate you for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your contract of sale within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned in its original condition and with the original product packaging (the inner colored box) to preserve its value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from your handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item for withdrawals under this right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. For valid returns, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
