What applications software are currently integrated?

Does EVO support multiple languages?
Currently, we support the following languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian ，and Spanish. We plan to gradually add more language options in the future.
What is the payment model for ChessMind's engine training service?
ChessMind's engine training service offers two payment models: one is a subscription-based plan, allowing unlimited engine training throughout the subscription period. The other option involves payment per usage. Users who haven't subscribed under the first model may see an expiration notice, but as long as there are gifted sessions, engine training can proceed as usual.
Can the training engine be connected to other devices for use?
We currently do not support exporting the trained engine for external device use.
What is "APK"?
An APK (Android Package) is an installation file for Android applications. Since Evo does not support GMS, you cannot download and install Google services such as the Play Store. If you wish to install third-party apps, you'll need to visit the official websites of the respective apps using a browser to download their provided APK files. Alternatively, you can explore large third-party app marketplaces, such as Aptoide, for additional options.
What is the ELO rating?
The ELO rating for Stockfish 16 ranges from 600 to 2850, Maia rating ranges from 1100 to 1900.
Is it possible to create multiple accounts?
EVO allows you to log in with different accounts, and the content for each account is independent.
Differences Between EVO, Chessnut Air, Air+, and Pro?
EVO is an all-in-one device equipped with MAIA, allowing direct gameplay against AI. Chessnut Air, Air+, Goand Pro, on the other hand, do not have built-in AI. If you wish to play against the Al chess engine, you would need a PC, Mac, smartphone, or tablet.
Will the board interface with Chess.com and Lichess?
Sure, you can use our chessboard to play on Chess.com and Lichess. You can play on these platforms using our app or some third-party apps such as WhitePawn that have online gaming functionality.
Is the AI built into the board or do you need a phone/tablet?
There is no AI built in our chessboard, you need a PC/mac/phone/tablet if you want to play against the Al chess engine. If you are interested in learning more about the chessboard with built-in AI, please visit our official website under the "Chess Computer" section.
Is possible to livestream with it?
We have livestream function in our APP, you can easily generate a link and share it to wherever you want, it is a HTML5 page which can show the moves in real time.
Why can't I connect to Bluetooth?
Please check whether you have granted the necessary permissions to the app and turned on the required features.

Is Chessnut Go waterproof? What is its waterproof rating?
Chessnut Go is not waterproof due to the design of its open charging port and speakers. It can tolerate minor splashes during regular use.
Is there a physical retail store, and if so, where is it located?
Currently, we do not have any physical offline stores; we only support ordering through our official online store.
Will this work with any chess pieces or will it require chessnut pieces? If it requires chessnut pieces will there be a place to purchase replacements?
Because there are chips in the pieces for recognition, it is required to use Chessnut pieces. We have Chessnut chess pieces available on our official store, where you can purchase replacements.

How to Clean the Chessboard?
We recommend using a small amount of water for wiping.
What are the suitable materials for adding weight to DIY chess pieces?
Due to limitations in the EMR recognition system, we cannot use metal-weighted chess pieces. Instead, we recommend using materials such as cement, sand, or barium sulfate for weighting.
Will using the Chessnut App be considered cheating by the website?
No, we will not provide any assistive features or modify any user data on the website.
Can I receive a refund if I didn't use a discount code?
We offer a 30-day price match guarantee. If you find a discount price difference within 30 days, you can contact our official customer service email to request a refund of the price difference.
Can Chessnut pieces from different models be used with different boards?
Due to the unique characteristics of the Chessnut Go product, its pieces cannot be used with other Chessnut board models. However, the pieces from Chessnut Air, Air+, Go, and Pro can be recognized and used interchangeably.
How long does shipping take?
