Really loved the present

The Chessnut Air is a wonderful addition to anyone who loves chess. You get a great board, beautiful pieces and a seamless interface to play chess online. Most importantly you get the tactile feel of real pieces and the opportunity to play chess with people from all over the world! Highly recommended!!!

Love the product (air). Outstanding customer service. Had three seperate issues one of which wasn't their fault, but customer service team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and amicably.
