We are aiming to complete the mass production of the Evo between September and October.

And there will be two shipping options:

The first option involves direct air shipping from China to your location shortly after the mass production is finished. This method is available for customers in the US/EU/CA/AU regions who have paid for 'Faster Shipping,' as well as customers outside these regions. The estimated transit time for this method is around 20 days.

The second option entails shipping via sea freight to warehouses in the US and Europe after the mass production is complete. Subsequently, the products will be dispatched to you using local couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Due to the approximately 2-month sea freight duration, the expected timeframe from completion of mass production to your receipt of the product would be around 2 and a half months. Customers in the US/EU/CA/AU who opt for this method do not need to pay any additional shipping charges. The price you have paid already includes the cost of this shipping option.

Warranty

Replacing instead of repairing:

Every Chessnut Air comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 365 days of complimentary technical support. In the case of a covered warranty defect, Chessnut will at its option: (A) replace the product with an equivalent new product; or (B) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for the return of the product. To extend your coverage further, purchase this 2-year extended warranty service. Then your board will get a total of 3 years of free replacements. Does not include man-made or intentional damage.
